WomenKin is a monthly gathering for women, shaped around breath, rest, conversation and being together.

A few hours to step out of the everyday and into the company of other women. To arrive exactly as you are, without needing anything from you. This is a space to listen, breathe, explore, rest, talk, laugh, or be quiet. There is nothing you need to achieve here and no expectation of you.

Each gathering offers different ways to meet your breath, alongside space for reflection, conversation and connection. Women have always found ways to gather, share, rest and keep one another company. Sometimes we will explore what’s present, we might follow a monthly theme or the threads of kinship, womanhood, inheritance or lineage that we carry.

For each gathering, the invitation is to arrive, settle into the space and take some time before we come together in circle.

Each WomenKin will unfold a little differently, with explorations around grounding, restorative and more expansive ways of meeting the breath. I’ll guide the space and offer invitations along the way, but how you take part is always yours to choose.

There’ll be time to rest and reflect, with opportunities to share or simply listen. Sharing is always optional, as is every part of the gathering.

No previous experience with breath is needed.
